CLINICAL GOVERNANCE DEPARTMENT

Clinical governance department is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of patient care and customer service within our health care system.

This is implemented using a framework through which the organization as a whole and departmental heads are held responsible for continually improving the quality of our services and safeguarding the high standards of care and services. This is achieved by creating an environment where excellence in service delivery is monitored, documented and rewarded.

  • Determining the state of quality service provided by each department

  • Researching for best practice international for provision Perform separate evaluation of by monitoring departmental compliance with policies and procedures on a quarterly basis

  • Perform audits of business processes and generate the related reports

A systematic move from a reactive process structure to a proactive process structure To instill the mission statement of the organization into the work ethics of the departments, unifying the mission and vision of the organization. To Analyze, recommend review, develop and document departmental work processes aimed at achieving deliverables for each department. To review existing KPI or develop new KPI with department managers for each staff in each department and develop a system of monitoring the KPI.
