Ambulance Services and Case Management

Our partnership with MTN Communications, one of the leading communication companies in Nigeria attests to our unparallel efficiency in providing Emergency Response Services.

CRI has two kinds of ambulances. These are namely Advance Life Support Ambulance and Basic Life Support Ambulance.

The ALS ambulances are manned by Doctors and first aiders while the BLS ambulances are manned by Nurses and first aiders. In addition to the ambulances are the response cars used by doctors for home visits.

CRI currently provides the following services for MTN subscribers in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt:

  • Ambulance Dispatch

  • On scene stabilization

  • Emergency Medication

  • Emergency transportation

There are plans to extend the above services to MTN users all over Nigeria within the shortest possible time.

CRI in addition to the above render the following services:

Case Management

  • Appropriate medical referrals

  • Flight arrangements

  • Appropriate stabilization

  • Guarantee of payments

  • Visa arrangements

  • Medical reports

  • Claims investigation
