The very heart of CRI is the Emergency Call Center which opens 24 hours a day. This center is staffed by highly trained and accredited local and international emergency dispatchers comparable to those anywhere in the world.

Since inception in 2001 we have received over 14,000,000 calls from the call center. In addition to the medical emergency calls, we do receive distressed calls during armed robberies operation, fire outbreak, collapsed buildings and plane crash.

CRI Call Center currently provide the following services:

• Telephonic Emergency Advice

• Emergency Dispatch of ALS (Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) ambulances

• First Aid Advice

• Medical Information Hot lines on our customer care lines displayed here.

• Counseling & Advice Line to all MTN subscribers on:
  • MTN 191 offers advisory services on medical and non medical (such as Rape, HIV/AIDS, Domestic abuse, first aid, etc)
  • MTN 933: offers free pre-hospital ambulance services

• Medical directory (Specialists, diagnostics, hospitals and clinics)
